Well, yesterday was quite interesting. I went through a whole range of emotions. I started my day just digging into my work, creating social media post and making updates to the website. Creating and uploading more courses. I was on a role!! You know the "I'm going to get a shit ton done today" feeling.
Next it was time for my meditation. During my meditation I was moved to tears of joy with the anticipation of what is to come and the changes that I am making in my life. And the ways in which these changes will help me to help and serve others. When you experience meditation to this degree, you know that you are making real and lasting changes in your life. Then you can hardly wait until your next meditation.
After I completed my meditation I went on working with much excitement for what is to come and with feelings of accomplishment for the day.
Then BAM!!! I hit a brick wall. Does that ever happen to you? From out of no where it came. I just didn't want to do anything at all. Was it boredom or burn out? Was it sitting at my desk all day? Was it the gloomy, cold, rainy weather? Was I simply brain dead from hours of working? I still don't really know. I tried to fight it and keep working, because that is what we entrepreneur's do. I got up walked around and tried to distract myself and talk myself back into the ambitious state I had started out in earlier that morning. All to no avail.
Finally, I gave into the state of mind and just relaxed and let it flow through me. Once I did that I was able to get a few more things done. So, don't do what I did and fight it. Just let the feelings come in, accept them, and watch them flow out. Fighting with the feelings, beating up on yourself for having those feelings, and not allowing them to flow through only served to create anxiety and restlessness and keep those feelings around longer.
